Trapizzino – Italian street food

Trapizzino – トラピッツィーノ

This extremely popular street food from Rome hit the streets of Kanazawa in February.  A Trapizzino is a perfectly baked piece of triangular bread stuffed with delicious ingredients.  Right on Tatemachi street, this Trapizzino store is the first branch outside of Rome, and following Kanazawa will be Tokyo.  The taste has come right from traditional Italian home cooking.  The bread is flown in from Italy while the filling is made with local ingredients.  For about 500 yen, Trapizzino might be the perfect local snack while cruising the streets Kanazawa.
